Six Week Sessions to Deepen Your Practice
YIN AND MINDFULNESS
March 4th - April 8th
Yin is a style of slow, long stretches designed to open and invigorate the deep tissues of the body and develop a steadfast and compassionate mental outlook. In this course we will focus on building mindfulness in this practice through readings, alignment workshops, and guided meditations. Yin is an accessible and wonderful path to getting to know your body and mind in a deeper, kinder way.
The class is capped at 10 people and includes a private 30 minute session to focus on the questions of your choice.
FLOW AND LET GO
March 2th - April 6th
Join a group of practitioners in learning a set Vinyasa Flow sequence to a playlist of rock, folk, and R&B. The sequence stays the same from week to week, so you’ll have a chance to develop your understanding of the poses and find your flow through them. Each week we will spend time going over alignments and practicing fundamentals, with plenty of time for individual questions and attention.
The sequence itself is based off of the folks who take the class! So let me know what you are interested in working on and it’ll become part of our practice. This a unique opportunity to deepen your skill along with your strength and flexibility, developing a practice sensitive to you.
